Cetaphil Experience, in partnership with digital agency Bonsey Jaden, started out as an experimental digital influencer campaign, inspired by reality TV. This 4-day skincare retreat brings influencers from the region to a gorgeous resort to relax, indulge, and take part in skincare and lifestyle workshops. The retreats are filmed and turned into web series that are shared with Cetaphil fans around South-East Asia and Australia. The last season of the Experience involved bloggers from Phillipines, Vietnam, Thailand, Indonesia, Korea, Hong Kong, and Australia.
In 2015, the first Cetaphil Experience drew over 1.5 million viewers in 5 countries. The following year, we were able to attract over 4 million viewers as well as win a Digital PR award in Singapore for the campaign. In 2017, we created the third Cetaphil Experience for 7 countries, and the Phillipines ‘trailer’ alone attracted over a million views.
Our combination of TV and marketing backgrounds enabled us to create a sustainable and scalable campaign that lasted three years and generated significant brand awareness throughout South-East Asia and Australia.
